Nothing says summer like some savory grilled foods and a beautiful view. That's why the Smokin' Summer Kickoff on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail is an exciting event to look forward to this June. The Smokin' Summer Kickoff takes place June 10-12 and features products from Java-Gourmet. Java-Gourmet is a unique local company producing coffee-based rubs and sauces. Each of the over 30 wineries along the Seneca Lake Wine Trail will offer a dish prepared with one of the Java-Gourmet products along with one or two of their wines they suggest as a pairing.
